Wellington & the Wider Region

Wellington's older, hillier suburbs bring their own challenges, heritage villas with limited access, steep sections, and mature trees close to boundary lines and power lines. Technical, low-impact dismantling matters more here than almost anywhere else we work, and it's a large part of why sectional rigging and ground-protection techniques are standard on every Wellington job, not an upsell.

The Kapiti Coast presents a genuinely different set of conditions to inland Wellington, coastal wind exposure and salt air change how trees like pōhutukawa and macrocarpa grow and how they need to be pruned, especially on exposed sections near the beach. Shelterbelts and boundary hedges are common here too, and we regularly work with lifestyle-block owners who need large-scale tree and section clearing alongside standard residential work.

This is currently our primary service area, and where we're focusing much of our ongoing work across the region.

Porirua combines coastal properties around the harbour with newer residential developments further inland, and we regularly work with both homeowners and body corporates across the district. Prana Tree's work here has also been recognised in local Porirua media.

The Hutt Valley covers a wide mix of property types, from established residential streets to larger sections along the valley floor. We service both individual homeowners and commercial sites throughout the region.
